8 – Bagnolo – San Bartolomeo – and return
The path starts from the Bagnolo and arrives at the church of San Bernardo di Chiaravalle at Serniga. Following the course of the BVG you reach San Bartolomeo where it is possible to stop for a picnic and then return leisurely to Bagnolo.
Description: the route starts from Bagnolo and heads toward the paved road which will take you to the BVG junction. Here you turn right and after 100 meters you enter the woods which takes you to the church of San Bernardo di Chiaravalle at Serniga. The view opens out onto Lake Garda and the meadows of Serniga.Following the BVG trail you arrive at San Bartolomeo, a little jewel of sacred architecture, where it is possible to picnic and then return leisurely to Bagnolo. Environmental description: a walk with various types of mid-mountain environments: meadows, humid woods, dry woods, terraces for olive tree cultivation, sacred architecture and old villages.
